Since the economy dipped into recession, talk of “tightening the belt” has swept America. We evaluated aggregate data from small businesses using QuickBooks Online via Intuit Trends to get a snapshot of how small businesses have been spending since the recession hit, and it should come as no surprise that small businesses across the board have cut back expenses since the nation hit hard times.
