Venture Capitalist (VC)

A Venture Capitalist (VC) is a professional manager of a venture capital fund who invests clients' money in early-stage start-up companies with high potential, in return for a share of ownership and control of the business. A Venture Capitalist get involved at a later stage, after bootstrapping and angel investors have been used. Investments can range from $50,000 to $5 million or more.
