Overnight Mail

Overnight Mail was invented by Federal Express in the 1970s by using its fleet of cargo planes and vans to deliver important packages, time-sensitive letters, documents, and merchandise the next day, which is faster than First-Class Mail. Today, FedEx, UPS, the U.S. Postal Service, and many regional companies guarantee overnight mail delivery to most locations, often on Saturday, but rarely on Sunday or on holidays.
