Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Confidentiality Agreement or Secrecy Agreement, is a legal contract to ensure that proprietary information disclosed by one party or parties will be kept confidential or secret by another party. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is commonly used with freelancers or contractors to ensure that they do not share proprietary information, new product ideas, or trade secrets with the general public.
