This is outrageous but I am not surprised. I was recently charged for an account update and I have no access to payroll still. We need an alternative to QuickBooks. The product is terrible but there is little in the way of competition.

No The charges were initially reversed then reapplied.

I was charges $297.00 for a payroll account that has not been active for 20 months.. in essence $297.00 for nothing..WAY TO GO QB CHARGING SMALL BUSINESS FOR NOTHING. I AM BURNING MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. After the Fact Remodeling
