In our ongoing effort to help you save time and get up and running on QuickBooks quickly, we have made some changes to the QuickBooks registration process based on your feedback and input.
You told us that you would rather have a choice – complete registration on the phone or by web. Well, we’ve listened and I’m happy to let you know now that you now have that choice. Starting with QuickBooks 2010, it’s completely up to you to decide which method is best for you.
We are also piloting a new program to help you get started on QuickBooks. If you decide to register by phone, you will be able to talk to one of our Intuit QuickBooks experts for up to 60 minutes for additional guidance. If you choose web registration, just give us a call within 30 days of completing your registration and you will get the same 60 minutes to ask questions.
