  1. Still waiting on the issue with Converting data to the desktop version from online. Will still use the online for accountant but would like to use the desktop as a tool to educate the owner. I still have not gotten a good current download

I can’t see a way in “Inner Circle” to provide feedback on a product or to contact Intuit. I have a real issue with your pricing strategy on Quickbooks Online and would like to speak to a product manager.

  3. Uhh, OK maybe it’s me, but I don’t see anything here that is going to allow me to help make your product more useful to me, which I thought was the reason for the Inner Circle. The old progam may have been hard to use by some accounts, but at least there was information being shared. This on the other hand is a waste of time.

If you want me to continue using and upgrading with Quickbooks, then show me something. There were some really good ideas shared and I get the impression that most of them have been thrown away.

I agree with hessmechanical, who says:

Intuit appears to be contradicting their own message regarding upgrading from 2008 PRO. There is a service message that the emailing cpapbility will be discontinued on May30, 2011 but it seem to have been disconnected already. I am about to upgrade, but this is making me have second thoughts about intuits business practices.

  6. I am a member of Inner Circle but am unable to read or get past the Title Articles and Authors intro in order to READ the article. I don’t want to create another sign-on ID as this starts a never ending cycle about that name already exists and is a nightmare down the road when multiple signups show up everywhere on Intuit sites. Please advise. Thanks,

  9. Does anyone know what time the webinar “What’s New In QuickBooks 2012″ is supposed to start if you live on the East Coast?

Yeah, me too, I tried creating my ID again and got told that I already exist. There does not seem to be any contact info for this Inner Circle website, but I think the links are broken. I feel like I’m going in circles.

  11. Synergytax – I think I know what the problem is. I’ll send you an email with some more information. Apologies for the inconvenience! Lynette
